By placing an order with us or by making a payment for our services, you agree that you understand our terms and conditions and that you will be the sole owner and beneficiary of the products and services that you purchase. We don’t provide any guarantees except for the no-plagiarism guarantee. We also provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee, but that is a subjective guarantee. You are obligated to read these terms and conditions before placing an order for our products and services or making any payments to us.
You may claim a full refund of your amount before we have started working on your project. However, once the work has started on a project the refund will be processed after deducting any applicable transaction charges from the amount.
A refund request can be submitted if you are not satisfied with any product or service provided by Contentwriting Xpert within 5 days of your order process. Certain percentage based refund would be granted if we are unable to provide required service through our unlimited revision policy. If no refund request is received within five days after your order has been delivered, your satisfaction over the delivered order shall be assumed by both the parties.
90% amount will be refunded if we have started working on your project.
80% amount will be refunded if the client receives its initial draft.
80% amount will be refunded if the client is not satisfied with any product or service provided.
There will be no refund if the project is half done and client is satisfied with the product or service provided.
Contentwriting Xpert offers a 90% refund in case of non-delivery of agreed service. The customer will NOT be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
If the customer has a change of mind i.e., they do not want the purchased service due to any reason.
If the customer wants information in the draft that in any way does not comply with Wikipedia policies and seeks a refund due to that.
If the customer has been blocked/banned by Wikipedia due to prior attempts to creating a page.
If the customer’s page goes down for any reason after more than 14 days of the page going live on Wikipedia.
If the customer requests edits on their page that do not comply with Wikipedia policies.
If the customer’s Wikipedia page cannot be published due to lack of notability.
If the customer had not been fully transparent in providing information about any and all previous attempts to create their Wikipedia page.
If the customer has purchased the "Best Seller Package"; once the agreement is signed by the client.

The client will have to accept the invite and set a new password so that they can get in touch with their project manager with the communication needed to complete the project. Once the invitation has been accepted, the client can sign in to the Teamwork Portal.
